The first to set foot on this place are Mangyans the Maturities of the Province of Occidental Mindoro.They called this place BUCAL means SPRING.
BUCAL- Is an underground FRESHWATER SPRING beside the cliff. The water is ICY COLD and flows directly to the sea which is only a few Kilometer away. The area where the spring is located is SCENIC. It is not yet fully develop by the Municipality of Magsaysay to become a TOURIST SPOT of the Town. It is also one of the BEAUTY of MUNICIPALITY of MAGSAYSAY.
BUCAL- Is located at SAN NICOLAS MAGSAYSAY, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO. Almost 8 Kilometers away from the TOWN.
For farther information about the SPRING just LOOK for MR. ALDREICK DIMALALUAN at MUNICIPAL HALL of MAGSAYSAY at anytime.
